  • 1 cup maize flour
  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or amasi)
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

  • Savory: ½ cup grated cheese + chives
  • Sweet: ½ cup blueberries or strawberries

✨ Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tray.
  2. Mix maize flour, self-raising flour & salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk yogurt & oil. Add to the dry ingredients.
